The University of Education Winneba Organises a float to mark the world environment day for this year 2022. The World Environment Day is celebrated annually on 5 June and is the United Nations’ principal and way of encouraging awareness and action for the protection of the environment.
The float was organised by Institute of Education and Research Innovation Studies, University of Education, Winneba, SHAPE Ghana, Ghana Education Service, Office of Dean, Department of Graphic Design and Theatre Arts. It was done with many activities including discusions, a walk with regimental band.
There has been effort to protect wild life by the use of proper fishing method without chemicals and to protect the environment. This will be possible if all stakeholders are involved.
