Marwako food restaurant in Labaadi in Accra was shut down for more than two weeks now as a result of food poisoning that was reported to the Ghana Foods and Drugs Board FDA.

The FDA today released an update today to the general public to note that investigations is still ongoing pertaining to the food poisoning in  Marwako food restaurant.

About two weeks ago workers and vendors were worried about the incidents.

The FDA said they going through processes that is led to the food poisoning.

FDA added that they are working very well to monitor some of the activities of Marwako foods.
