Vice President, NAGRAT, Jacob Anaba said government should review the free SHS policy due to the crisis in food shortage in the SHSs.
For some weeks now, there has been threat by some heads of SHSs in Ghana to close down schools due to shortage of food for the students. The various heads have resorted to managing the meagre food supplied to them by the government for some time now. Ghanaians were suspicious the IMF team visit to Ghana will ask government to stop the free SHS.
At certain times, some vital ingredients are lucking in the diets provided for the students.
Meanwhile, Education minister Adutwum assures full supply of food on Tuesday.
