The West African Examination for School candidates begins today for the country Ghana.
One has to note that, it was predicted that, this year’s examinations will be held for Ghana in particular. In addition, Minority in Parliament warned that the exams may not be conducted as a result of lack of funds. But the Deputy Minister of Education, Reverend John Ntim Fordjour said the allegations wasn’t true.
“WAEC immediately needs a total of GH₵ 96,694,432.40 to engage in a number of pre-examination activities, transportation, and allowances for examiners, supervisors, invigilators and depot-keepers.”
The deputy minister of education said Ghanaians should disregard any rumour that, the WASSCE examination was going to be councilled.
